Here’s the updated shipping policy with the PO Box restriction added:

Shipping Policy

At The Trading Floor Cards, LLC (DBA The Trading Floor) we process and ship orders as quickly as possible after purchase. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and item availability.

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you enter a valid residential or business street address before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

We carefully package items to help protect them during transit. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
