Return and Refund Policy

Due to the volatility of the trading card and collectible market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges on any items purchased from The Trading Floor Cards, LLC (DBA The Trading Floor).

Because product values can fluctuate frequently, prices are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable once completed.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created. Once fulfillment processing has begun and a label has been generated, the order is considered final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if we make an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect quantity. In that case, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Factory Sealed Product

Under rare circumstances, returns of factory sealed product may be granted at our discretion. If approved, such returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition and packaging.
