What is The Trading Floor?
The Trading Floor Cards is a collectibles shop focused on Pokémon cards, sealed Pokémon products, and graded cards. We sell through our online store and at select events and card shows.
Are your cards authentic?
Yes. We only sell authentic Pokémon products and cards. Graded cards are professionally authenticated and encapsulated by the grading company listed on the slab.
Do you sell graded cards?
Yes. We specialize in PSA graded Pokémon cards, especially high-grade cards like PSA 9s and PSA 10s.
Do you sell sealed product?
Yes. We carry sealed Pokémon products when available, including booster boxes, collection boxes, and other sealed items.
How fast do you ship orders?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During shows, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently charge $8 per order and you can save on shipping by adding everything that you want in one order.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
If you place multiple orders close together, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to combine shipping when feasible.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select orders and local customers. During checkout you may have the option to select Pickup. There is no charge for pickups you must make an appointment using our online scheduling tool. After completing your order you will receive an email with a link to the scheduling tool where you can choose the date/time that works best for you. We'll ensure we have your item(s) ready for you at the time that you selected. All pickups require at least 24 hours notice, this gives us enough time to get your items together from one of our storage locations.
What is your return policy?
Because we sell collectible and sealed products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Do you buy cards or sealed product?
Yes, we are always looking to buy quality Pokémon cards and sealed products. If you have items to sell, send us a message with photos and details.
Can I request a specific card or product?
Yes. If you’re looking for something specific, reach out and let us know what you need. We may be able to source it for you.
